Viscose flame retardant fiber
The flame retardant viscose fiber is made by adding a high performance flame retardant, mainly composed of nitrogen series compounds. This flame retardant is an environmentally friendly product, which will produce no harm to the human body or environment.
For this flame retardant viscose fiber, when burned, the flame point will produce a lot of nitrous oxide, which effectively isolates the fiber flame point from oxygen, thereby showing a fire-retardant effect. The flame retardant viscose fiber has been tested by PLASpecialProofClothQualityTestingCenter, the LOI is 27~32%.
The filament number is uniform with few anomalies; the filament length uniformity ratio is very good, 12 product indicators such as the intensity and defects comply with Grade I product specified in the State Standard, and the external precision is high. The product adopts the fiber spin-dying method; the flame retardant viscose fiberand the flame retardant paste are infused before the spinning, so the flame retardant performance is permanent. Comparing with the surface treatment adhesive method, the product’s flame retardant performance (wash-resistant, alkali and acid erosion resistant, sunshine resistant and extended use), and comfort are excellent. The fiber has small thermal shrinkage, which avoids the secondary burn, and is a good face fabric for the special protective cloth. If this fiber is blended with polyester fiber, it further reduces the secondary burn of the polyester fiber.
This product has the advantages of all flame retardant viscose fibers such as environmental protection, and no spontaneous combustion, no smoldering combustion, instant extinction without fire source, low smoke concentration and easy dyeing for its natural white color. The flame retardant performance is stable and permanent, the flame retardant viscose fiber content of the finished product is 18% and it is wash-resistant, alkali and acid erosion resistant and sunshine resistant. The flame retardant performance reaches the non-flame grade specified in GB17591woven flame retardant fabrics.
The flame retardant viscose fiber is an organic/abio-compound viscose fiber with polysilicic acid manufactured by nano modified spinning technique. It is a new fiber applicable to the flame retardant and heat resistance fields with high flame retardant performance and low smoke and innocuity. The feel of the flame retardant viscose fiber is very soft and has the water absorption and sweat conduction function of the traditional viscose fiber, and the dyeing remains fresh and bright. The flame retardant viscose fiber of our company is made from imported flame retardant agents and viscose fiber. The flame retardant effect of the product is high and permanent, and will not be influenced by further processes. This product does not include elements such as halogen or phosphor, so the product is safe and reliable, as well as compliant with the EU textile safety standard; we can produce the filament and short fiber in accordance with the client’s specification.

Application:
The flame retardant viscose fiber developed by our company can be used as filling material, to produce the protective clothes for the steel, electronic, petrol, chemical and nuclear industries, or as the decoration materials for automobiles, trains, ships or planes (e.g. upholstery, curtains, cushions, etc.).
