 Product performance
The ordinary terylen staple fiber can be used for the decentralized dyeing, but the dyeing process shall be carried out under high temperature and high pressure, or via the carrier, it is harmful to the fiber, and the color fastness is very poor. The dyeing spectrum is narrow; the colored fiber generated by adding color grain resolves the dyeing problems in the consecutive procedure and shortened the production procedure. The physical indicator of the product is stable, and color of the fiber is even, the color fastness is high and the assortment is increased, which makes the textile products more vibrant.
Reduced cost and environmental impact
By using the color fiber fabric, we can omit the Polyester high temperature and high pressure dyeing procedure and reduce the discharge of three wastes, thereby reducing the production cost, and creating a sound environmental solution that will bring obvious economic and social advantages to the factory.
Product use
- Colored fabric (colors such as red, orange, yellow, green, black, blue, and purple, and colors derived from these colors) will be used for various yarns and fabrics.
- The black fabric is used for knitting and woven yarns such as the hemp grey yarn and smoke grey yarn.
