 Product performance
The fiber with single filament linear-density of 0.89dtex-1.33dtex is called the Micro fiber. When the Micro fiber is used in spinning, the same yarn count will correspondingly increase the number of filaments in each section of the fiber of the yarn, so that the evenness and strength of the finished yarn will be greatly increased.
Excellent fabric performance
Because the linear-density of the Micro fiber is reduced, the specific surface area and pack density of the fiber are greatly increased. After being spun, tiny air pockets are formed between the fibers; therefore the capillary effect is increased. Thus, it has good insulation and due to its water absorption and air permeability features. At the same time, because the filament linear-density is small, the stiffness of the fiber is reduced. The finished textile products made of this fiber are very soft and drape well.
Product use
The Micro fiber is used to spin the yarn of high yarn count; it can be blended with cotton, viscose, wool, and hemp fiber to create a variety of styles. It can also be used to spin high grade sewing line.
