This fiber is made from the cationic dyeing polyester chip. Because the existence of the sulfonic acid radical, the fiber is more closely combined with the dye molecules, this improves the dyeing performance of the fiber. The composite filament is produced by using modified polyester, the normal pressure boiling dyeing by using the cationic dyeing material or decentralizing dyeing material is called ECDP.
Product performance
1.The fabric has a comfortable feel, the cationic normal pressure 100℃ dyeing, the color is brilliant.
2 Good water absorption; its reversion rate is higher than the ordinary polyester..
3.The cationic dyeing technique does not require the chemicals which make the structure of the polymer dissolve and expand to serve as the dyeing carrier, thereby avoiding poisonous chemical products that pollute the water, so the production costs and environmental impacts have been reduced.

Product use
It is generally used for FDY joint knitting, warping of the woven face fabric, pearl hemp(cationic grid) for ladies’ spring and autumn dresses.
