Polyester Flame Retardant Filament
During the polymerization process of the polyester, a phosphor flame retardant agent is added as the polymerization monomer, and via the contraction, the phosphor flame retardant is polymerized. Because the flame retardant components are evenly distributed in the large molecule chain, a lasting flame retardant performance is created.

Its features are as follows:
(1) The traditional flame retardant makes the fabric hard after processing, and the resistance to washing is poor. In the flame retardant viscose fiber produced by BST-FRPET technique, even under high temperature and pressure, the flame retardant components will not break off or separate out. Therefore, in addition to maintaining good spinning quality for the fabric, washing resistance is also maintained.
(2) It is safe and harmless to the human body
This product does not contain halogen - only carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and a few phosphor molecules. Compared with the traditional halogen flame retardant agent, it will not produce poisonous gas when burning. The BST-FRPET is a low smoke, low poison, and halogen free product.
(3)The single component flame retardant with good flame retardant effect, low smoke, no poison, no erosion, and permanent flame retardant performance;
(4) The performance of the flame retardant is outstanding and permanent, LOI>34”
