Polyester Sea-island Micro Filament
The sea-island type superfine fiber distributes one polymer into another polymer, in the fiber section, so they are distributed like an "island". The matrix is the "sea", and the island components are melted during the process to produce the superfine fiber with a filament diameter of less than 3.0μm.

The fiber covering the surface of the fabric is very small and forms a multiple layer structure; the reflex of the fabric is very small, the luster and color are soft, and the appearance is rich, clean and elegant. Excellent comfort
The space of the fiber is dense; by using the capillary effect, the fabric will get better water and oil absorption performance. The micro hole structure between the fibers make more static air in the fabric, which creates better heat insulation. The superfine filament linear-density of the fabric makes the fabric soft and smooth to the touch, so it has obvious advantages for physiological comfort.
Outstanding water proof and water vapor permeability performance
While the diameter of the rain drop is 100~200μm,the water vapor of the human body is about 0.1μm. By controlling the contraction rate and adequately changing the fiber space, the high density island fabric with the space of 0.2~10μm can be produced, having good water proof and water vapor permeability performance.
Powerful decontamination ability
The specific surface area of the superfine fiber is very large, with many spaces, so the fabric has a powerful cleaning effect. The filament linear-density of the fiber is soft and fine, which protects the product being cleaned from being damaged. It is a new generation of cleaning product.

Artificial cashmere, artificial chamois leather, MOSS down, ultra-density fabric and wipe cloth.
Many characteristics of the artificial chamois leather and nap fabrics developed by using the island fiber are even better than natural chamois leather. The fabric has a comfortable feel, good drape, the weight is light and thin, only half the weight of the leather.Fabrics of different thicknesses and weight can be produced; the fabric surface has a writing effect and appears three dimensional. Its contraction transformation is small, and has good air permeability, water proof and water vapor effect. The fabric is stronger than natural chamois leather. The full extinction island fiber can be used for the high grade down wear and artificial silk face fabric.
