Polyester Micro Filament Yarn
Product characteristics:
Different Micro filaments are produced by spinning a polyester slice or melt-plus elastic production line. The fineness of the Micro filament is 0.38dpf. Because the filament linear-density is very small, this greatly reduces the stiffness of the product, therefore the finished fabric has very soft feel. The small fiber also increases the layer structure of the filament, which increases the specific surface area and capillary effect. The reflex from the inside of the fiber is more evenly distributed, which gives the fabric an elegant luster, just like silk. The product also has good water absorption and dissipation performance.
The garments made of the superfine fiber are comfortable, beautiful, warm, and breathable. The fabric additionally has good drape and embonpoint. Its water dredge and stain resistance performance have also been substantially improved. By using the characteristics of large and slack specific surface area, a different organizational structure can be designed to absorb more sunshine or dissipate more heat to create an effect of warmth in the winter and coolness in the summer.
